There are some great giving opportunities that will make a lasting impact on kids who are currently living on the streets. We as the YOUNG FAITH FOUNDATION have realized that you can give a secure donation and make an impact. You may as well choose to give your gift in honor or memory of someone and they will be thrilled to know that their impact on you prompted you to be generous toward street children in Kenya.
How do you feel when you meet an orphan or a street child begging for help from strangers on the streets? Kindness and compassion fills your heart I can imagine. For us to be able to help these kids, we have decided to engage in activities like:
BECOMING VOLUNTEERS
We realized we don’t have to belong to volunteer programs to reach out to needy children. They say that no man is an island. We all need each other to survive and thrive. And with so many people suffering from homelessness and injustice around the world, there’s never been a better time to give back and help others. The beauty of giving back and helping. You don’t need to be a multi-millionaire to make a difference. All you need is a true desire to make life better for others and the will to follow it through. We plan to achieve this by feeding and clothing the homeless.

CREATE TIME
Time is the most valuable and precious thing one can give to a needy person. And that’s one of the things we are going to give them.

TEACH THEM
What are you good at? Create time and impact your knowledge to the less privileged. That’s what we’re here for.
BE A PART OF THEM
When spending time with them, try and find out what they are good at and nurture their talents. We believe every one of us has a talent they can share with them and we can also learn from them.
CREATE MEMORIES
How about you take a picture of yourself with them? Create a video and show them how good they are at what they do. Sounds really great. That’s what we’re going to do.

SHARE
Do you have an extra pair of shoes or clothes? Why have more than you need? Sharing is caring just as we were taught.
QUOTE: You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think.
It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.
